All very important things to consider while composing an email. Below is my attempt at a professional email from the provided scenario: You are the manager of a mid-sized department. You have been noticing that e-mails from your staff has been lacking professionalism, positivity, and efficiency.   Write an e-mail to your staff explaining professional e-mail standards that will be utilized moving forward. Be sure to include an explanation of how to use Cc and Bcc properly. Bullet points may be a great tool to enhance readability.
