My first source is an article on esri by Randall Rene that
is all about email etiquette. In the article he discusses understanding the
difference between email and texting, the importance of proper greetings and
salutations, and the role of formatting in professional emails.

My second source is also an article on Grammarly by Rachel
Meltzer that focuses more on the use of professional tone, email format, and
keeping things concise. All very important things to consider while composing
an email. It also shows 10 of the most common types of professional emails with
examples like an Introductory email, a follow-up email, and a confirmation
email.

Below is my attempt at a professional email from the provided scenario: You are the manager of a mid-sized department. You have been noticing that e-mails from your staff has been lacking professionalism, positivity, and efficiency. Write an e-mail to your staff explaining professional e-mail standards that will be utilized moving forward. Be sure to include an explanation of how to use Cc and Bcc properly. Bullet points may be a great tool to enhance readability.
